Pricing
- Our quotation is based on the property being in standard condition. Final pricing may change after inspection if the property differs from the original description. Any additional charges will always be discussed before proceeding.
- A $95 deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking date and time.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance will be charged at the commencement of cleaning unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancelled or rescheduled within 2 business days: $95 fee applies.
- Cancelled or rescheduled within 1 business day: 40% of total service cost applies.
- Requests made outside business hours take effect from the next business day.
Public Holidays – Recurring Services
Recurring services scheduled on public holidays will proceed unless prior notice is given.

End of Lease – Rectification
Any rectification requests must be made within seven (7) days of the original clean date.
Hourly Rates & Time Allocation
Charges are per cleaner per hour. Total cost is calculated on total labour hours (man-hours).
Regular & Spring Cleaning
- Minimum booking time is 3 hours.
- Spring Cleaning is charged at a different rate.
- Spring Cleaning does not meet End of Lease inspection standards.
Extras & Additional Services
- Balcony and outdoor areas
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Furniture, fridge, blinds & oven cleaning
- Windows, ironing, dishwashing & linen changes
Property Condition & Accessibility
- Property must be empty at time of service.
- Valuables must be removed prior to cleaning.
- We do not move furniture.
Additional Charges
- Grout cleaning is charged separately.
- Lifting and handling fees may apply.
- Paint, glue and grout residue removal excluded.
Clients are encouraged to provide accurate booking details to ensure smooth service delivery.
